Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to satisfy our customers with our products and service.  Please make note our CoreStones are HANDCRAFTED AND NO TWO ARE EXACTLY ALIKE - NATURALLY. They may have slight natural folds and texture, and differ EVER SO SLIGHTLY in shapes and sizes. However, should a problem arise with your product, please read the instructions below.

Returns

Please read "sending items back to us" for instructions.

All product items (excluding Final Sale items, sale items and courses) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. In order to return any product that you have purchased you must contact us for authorization as well as the proper mailing address. The items must be unused and in new condition. Please note that all shipping costs are not refundable and a 15% restocking fee will apply. The balance will be refunded to your original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of the item. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

All items, except for Final Sale Items, are eligible for exchange for another item or store credit within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for all return shipping costs (shipping item(s) back to us and us re-shipping item(s) back to you). We will contact you with the shipping total before we charge your credit card. In order to return any product that you have purchased you must contact us for authorization as well as the proper mailing address. The items must be unused and in new condition.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Items / Items Returned To Us

If the package is undeliverable and returned to us, an additional shipping fee will apply to re-send unless we are at fault.

Sending Items Back To Us

Before you send back any merchandise, you must contact us via email or phone. We ask that you return the merchandise in the same condition, and unused. Please pack and seal your return securely, in the original package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned to us. We suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
