Retreat Structure & Daily Format
The retreat combines structured education with intentionally scheduled downtime.
9:00 AM–1:00 PM: Approved continuing education and intensive mastermind sessions.
1:00 PM onward: Open time to relax poolside, participate in curated local excursions, or continue conversations through breakout masterminds. Included excursions provide an opportunity to experience Orlando beyond the retreat while connecting with fellow attendees.

Immerse yourself in the business and leadership side of massage practice ownership. This track focuses on the decisions, systems, and strategies that help you transition from working in your business to leading it.

Track 2: CoreStones: Erasing Tech Neck
January 21 at 6:00 PM – January 24 at 10:00 AM
This 8-hour continuing education course is designed to completely transform how you approach cervical care. By fusing advanced structural anatomy with the extraordinary thermal properties of soapstone tools, you’ll learn how to address stubborn myofascial restrictions while reducing strain on your own body.
The course begins with an intensive 2-hour interactive lecture and live demonstration. You’ll master the biomechanics of Forward Head Posture (FHP), learn to safely operate a dry-heat warming system while keeping your tools in the optimal 80°C–100°C range, and practice ergonomic grips that make CoreStones a seamless extension of your hands.
The remainder of the course is entirely hands-on, with two dedicated 3-hour practical labs. Working with a partner under direct instructor supervision, you’ll practice a comprehensive clinical cervical protocol, including safely decompressing the anterior vault, addressing the SCM and scalenes, releasing the suboccipital triangle to help alleviate chronic tension headaches, and integrating posterior upper-thoracic flushing with dual-temperature contrast therapy.
All course supplies and CoreStones tools are provided.
