This advanced CoreStone workshop series is designed for licensed massage therapists seeking to refine their skills, deepen anatomical understanding, and apply advanced CoreStone techniques for more effective therapeutic results. Across two focused sessions—Upper Body and Lower Body—participants will learn targeted methods to address common areas of tension, improve mobility, and elevate treatment outcomes.
WORKSHOP SCHEDULE (April 17, 2026)
8:00am – 12:00pm — CoreStone Advanced Upper Body
Description:
A 4-hour upper-body intensive covering advanced CoreStone applications for the upper back, shoulders, neck, and arms. Participants will refine their understanding of anatomy and develop precise techniques to relieve tension, improve mobility, and target chronic problem areas.
2:00pm – 6:00pm — CoreStone Advanced Lower Body
Description:
A comprehensive lower-body workshop focusing on hips, thighs, calves, and feet. Learn how to integrate CoreStone tools to release myofascial tension, improve movement patterns, and address issues such as tight hips, hamstring strain, calf discomfort, and plantar fasciitis.
