A hands-on workshop designed to help massage therapists enhance therapeutic effectiveness while reducing strain in their own practice. This workshop teaches proper CoreStone tool handling, ergonomic posture, movement efficiency, and client-centered workflows. Learn how to minimize stress on your hands and body while delivering deeper, more controlled treatments.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

  • Principles of healthy body mechanics for massage therapists

  • How to choose, grip, and maneuver CoreStone tools effectively

  • Proper posture and movement to prevent fatigue and injury

  • Hands-on application techniques integrating body mechanics with stone work
